Product Page App Blocks

Hey, let's talk about app blocks that

Datify can add to your product pages in

the Shopify admin. So, if you already

have the Datafi app installed in your

store, if you go to a product in your

admin,

you'll be able to down at the bottom of

the center of the page here, you can add

blocks. So, the Datafi app allows you to

add two different blocks. The first one

we call product events. See, I click on

that and what it shows is some data that

we found stores want to know about their

products but just isn't exposed on the

product page. So that includes when the

product was created, when it was

published, when it was last updated, and

what that last update event was. So, if

you want to see that information on your

product pages, you add the app block

like I showed you there, and then you

pin it. So, it'll show up on all of your

product pages for all of your staff.

Now, the second block that we have is

the product type validator. So if in

your product taxonomy you are using the

product type validator which looks and

make sure that your product type matches

your manage list of product types. You

can pin this to your page also and

you'll see it show up in green if your

product type matches one of the

predefined product types that are being

managed. And if it doesn't match,

it'll show up in red and it'll tell you

to select a product type that matches.

And then if we save that,

it'll go to green.

So, those are the two app blocks that

you can add to your product pages once

you have the Datafi app installed.
